Endorsement Language definition

Endorsement Language shall be the language contained on each Distribution Check to a Settlement Class Member that states: By endorsing and/or presenting this check for payment, each payee ratifies the Settlement Agreement and individually releases and covenants not to xxx with respect to the Settled Claims of such payee, all as summarized in the Notice and as set forth in Settlement Agreement approved by the Court.

  • Endorsement means a written endorsement issued by Us on the Schedule to record any changes to the applicable terms and conditions of this Policy or the details contained in the Schedule.
