Energy Savings Report means the Energy Savings Report prepared by the ESCO, as set out in Schedule 3 (Energy Savings Report).

Energy Savings Report means an annual report prepared by ENGIE Services U.S. containing a precise calculation of the EC Savings during the applicable Measurement Period. The Energy Savings Report shall be submitted to Customer within ninety (90) days after each Measurement Period.

Examples of Energy Savings Report in a sentence

  • Chevron Energy Solutions will use its best efforts to submit such Energy Savings Report within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of all needed information for a Measurement Period, unless additional information is needed to accurately calculate the EC Savings, in which case Manhattan Beach USD will be notified of such a situation within the ninety (90) calendar-day period.

  • For any Measurement Period in which there is a Guarantee Shortfall, Chevron Energy Solutions will pay to Manhattan Beach USD, within thirty (30) calendar days after the acceptance by Manhattan Beach USD of the Energy Savings Report for such Measurement Period, the Guarantee Payment for that Measurement Period.

  • For any Measurement Period beginning with the fifth (5th) Measurement Period, upon completion of that Measurement Period’s Energy Savings Report, Chevron Energy Solutions has the right to calculate the Average Energy Unit Savings which have occurred over all previous Measurement Periods.

Related to Energy Savings Report

  • Energy Savings means an amount of saved energy determined by measuring and/or estimating consumption before and after implementation of an energy efficiency improvement measure, whilst ensuring normalisation for external conditions that affect energy consumption;

  • Cost Savings has the meaning assigned to it in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.
