Enhanced Collaboration definition

Enhanced Collaboration means the process by which Service Integrity and Enhancement (SIE) works with providers that are at risk for corrective measures due to the number and types of incidents that they are reporting, which may indicate a need for technical assistance. Enhanced Collaboration is voluntary, is initiated by request of DDDS or providers, and is implemented by mutual agreement. The objective of enhancedcollaboration is to provide sufficient technical assistance to improve quality of services provided and avoid the need to officially impose corrective measures.
