Enterprise Employee definition

Enterprise Employee means any individual (a) who, as of 12:01 am local time on the Operational Separation Date, is either actively employed by, or on Approved Leave of Absence or Garden Leave from, an Enterprise Entity, (b) who transfers from an HPI Entity to an Enterprise Entity after 12:01 am local time on the Operational Separation Date and before the Distribution Date or (c) who is hired by any Enterprise Entity after 12:01 am local time on the Operational Separation Date; provided, however, that Enterprise Employee will not include any individual who transfers from an Enterprise Entity to an HPI Entity after 12:01 am local time on the Operational Separation Date and before the Distribution Date.
Enterprise Employee means all employees who work at the Facility.
Enterprise Employee has the meaning set forth in the Employee Matters Agreement.

More Definitions of Enterprise Employee

Enterprise Employee means an employee, director, officer, consultant, independent contractor, contingent worker or leased employee who is employed by or provides services to Enterprise or any Subsidiary of Enterprise.
