Enterprise Employees definition

Enterprise Employees means those employees working at the Gaming Facility who are not employees of Manager.
Enterprise Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(a).
Enterprise Employees means employees of the Tribe or the Enterprise who are assigned to work substantially full-time at the Facility or for the Enterprise and all employees of the Enterprise, but not including Manager Employees or Off-Site Manager Employees.

More Definitions of Enterprise Employees

Enterprise Employees means the number of Employees data that can be accessed through Software Modules for which such a limitation is applied including the Modules of Training, Advanced Performance, HR Planning and Talent Management.
Enterprise Employees means employees of Licensee, Management or an outsourced professional employer organization (“PEO”) that are involved in the operation of the
Enterprise Employees means those employees working at the Gaming Facility other than the General Manager. Enterprise Employees are deemed employees of the Tribe.

Related to Enterprise Employees

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.

  • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Service employee, means any person engaged in the performance of this contract other than any person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity, as these terms are defined in Part 541 of Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, as revised. It includes all such persons regardless of any contractual relationship that may be alleged to exist between a Contractor or subcontractor and such persons.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or an employee of a Subsidiary of the Company, if any.

  • Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Key Employees means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.

  • Relevant Employees means the employees who may be affected by a change referred to in subclause (1).

  • Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Hired Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).

  • Management Employee means an employee having responsibility for formulating, administering or managing the implementation of District policies and programs.

  • Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.

  • Male employee means an employed male who is caring for a child borne of his spouse or a child placed with the employee for adoption purposes.
