EPA Order definition

EPA Order means the Emergency Administrative Order dated January 21, 2016, amended on November 17, 2016, In re: City of Flint, Michigan; Michigan Department of Environmental Quality; and the State of Michigan, incorporated by reference in this Agreement and attached as Exhibits A and B;
EPA Order means the May 13, 2021, EPA Clean Air Act Emergency Order; “Effective Date” means the definition provided in Section XIV.

  • Preliminary Approval Order means the order preliminarily approving the Settlement Agreement, certifying the Settlement Class for settlement purposes, and directing notice thereof to the Settlement Class, which will be agreed upon by the Parties and submitted to the Court in conjunction with Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary approval of the Agreement.

  • Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.

See s. 163.3164(15), F.S. “Development permit” includes any building permit, zoning permit, subdivision approval, rezoning, certification, special exception, variance, or any other official action of local government having the effect of permitting the development of land.
