Equity Option Agreement definition

Equity Option Agreement means the agreement of even date herewith in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Equity Option Term Sheet”) pursuant to which SCUSA has granted to Chrysler the option to acquire equity ownership in an organization providing the Financing Services.
