Equivalent Planned Maintenance Hours definition

Equivalent Planned Maintenance Hours means (i) the product of (a) Capacity unavailable or limited due to Planned Maintenance, expressed in MW, and (b) the period of such Planned Maintenance, expressed in hours (or any portion thereof), (ii) divided by the Capacity.
Equivalent Planned Maintenance Hours means the product of Capacity not available due to planned maintenance, expressed in MW, and the period of such planned maintenance, expressed in hours, divided by the Capacity of the affected generating resource.
Equivalent Planned Maintenance Hours means (i) the product of (a) the Affected Capacity unavailable or limited due to Planned Maintenance, expressed in MW, and (b) the period for which such Affected Capacity is unavailable or limited, expressed in hours (or any portion thereof), (ii) divided by the Contract Quantity of Capacity.

  • For the initial Contract Year, Seller shall send to Buyer its proposed schedule for Planned Maintenance during the 2007 Fall Maintenance Period (including the total number of Equivalent Planned Maintenance Hours that the Facility will be unavailable due to Planned Maintenance) on or before June 1, 2007.

  • Seller should indicate any willingness to accept fewer Equivalent Planned Maintenance Hours in the “Special Considerations” section of the proposal submission form.

  • Subject to exceptions identified below, Equivalent Force Majeure Hours and Equivalent Planned Maintenance Hours are excluded from the calculation of actual Capacity Availability and minimum Availability Requirement level (and thus for which no Capacity Payment Discount will be incurred).

  • The schedule for Planned Maintenance, including the total number of Equivalent Planned Maintenance Hours for each Contract Year that the Facilities will be unavailable due to Planned Maintenance, is set forth in Schedule [6.2].

Equivalent Planned Maintenance Hours means, for any hour, the product of (a) the Affected Capacity unavailable or limited due to Planned Maintenance, expressed in MW, and (b) the period for which such Affected Capacity is unavailable or limited, expressed in hours (or any portion thereof), (ii) divided by the Contract Quantity of Capacity, not to exceed a total of [ ] hours for each Contract Year [as specified in Product Package, not to exceed 360, 480 or 600 per year for the one, two and three year MUCCO products, respectively].

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Maintenance Outage means a time period during which Seller plans to reduce the Power Output of the Power Product, in full or in part, in order to facilitate maintenance work on the Generating Facility, other than a Major Overhaul.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property;

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment.
