Equivalent Product definition

Equivalent Product means, as it pertains to a particular Licensed Product for which there are Net Sales, a product that contains an oral formulation of PTH where such formulation is (a) claimed by a Unigene Formulation Patent and (b) includes the identical PTH molecule as in that particular Licensed Product.
Equivalent Product means any product other than Generic Product, which (a) is manufactured and distributed by a Person pursuant to an ANDA which was approved by the FDA or (b) is otherwise an A-Rated generic version of the Branded Product.
Equivalent Product has the meaning set forth in Section 8.23.2.

  • This Agreement is entered into as of the date of signing and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 20, shall continue in full force and effect until the longer of (a) 15 years after the date of the First Commercial Sale of the Product in the Territory, (b) the commercial introduction of an Equivalent Product (as such term is defined in Section 1.25, above) to the Product in the Territory, or (c) the expiration of the last to expire of the Patents.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no license is granted hereby to use the Trademark in connection with any Equivalent Product.

Equivalent Product has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
