Essential Businesses definition

Essential Businesses means any for-profit, non-profit, or educational entity, regardless its corporate or entity structure, to the extent that a substantial element of its daily operations is included in the following activities:

• This Executive Order allows travel into or out of the State to maintain Essential Businesses and Operations and Minimum Basic Operations.
