Essential Component Works definition

Essential Component Works means those aspects of the Connection Works which the Company shall execute in its sole discretion for reasons relating to safety, security and/or reliability of the Transmission System;

Examples of Essential Component Works in a sentence

  • If the Company fails to meets any of the major milestones listed in the revised programme for a period of thirty (30) Business Days (other than for circumstances outside its reasonable control or otherwise provided for in the Agreement) then the Customer‟s remedies against the Company for non performance of the Essential Component Works are to refer to the Dispute Resolution procedure in paragraph 3.4 hereto.

  • Employees not enrolled in the SLP are not eligible to receive sick leave time from the SLP.

  • If either Party shall have reason to believe that it is being delayed or will be delayed in carrying out the Contestable Components or Essential Component Works for any reason (whether it is one entitling it to the fixing of a new date under Paragraph 3.1 or not) it shall notify the other Party in writing within five(5) Business Days of its becoming aware of the occurrence giving rise to the delay and of the extent of the actual and/or anticipated delay.

Related to Essential Component Works

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Substantial or essential component means any component necessary for the proper function or performance of a piece of equipment, system, or service.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Permanent Works means the permanent works to be executed by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected. Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Work or Works means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • live-work unit means a unit intended for both residential and non-residential uses concurrently;
