Estimated Cost of Work definition

Estimated Cost of Work shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule A attached hereto.
Estimated Cost of Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 of this Agreement.
Estimated Cost of Work means Consultant’s estimate of probable construction costs.

  • Prior to completion of the Work, Customer shall have the right to notify the Company of the need for correction of defective Work that does not meet the standards of this Section 3.2. If the Work is defective within the meaning of the prior sentence, the Company shall promptly complete, correct, repair or replace such defective Work, as appropriate, at no added cost to the Customer if the previously incurred total Company Reimbursable Costs are equal to or in excess of the Estimated Cost of Work.

  • However, as long as the total Company Reimbursable Costs do not exceed the Estimated Cost of Work, then items of defective Work identified by the Customer prior to completion of the Work that Company reasonably determines need to be re-performed in order to comply with the standards in this Section 3.2 shall be completed or re-performed subject to reimbursement of all costs associated therewith as part of Company Reimbursable Costs.

Estimated Cost of Work means Architect’s estimate of probable construction costs.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.
