Estimated Dependable Capacity definition

Estimated Dependable Capacity means the amount of estimated capacity of the Facility determined under Appendix IX hereto.
Estimated Dependable Capacity. Means the net electric generating capacity for the Facility that Operator commits to PREPA as designated under the provisions of Section 12.1 herein.
Estimated Dependable Capacity. The Dependable Capacity for each Summer Period and Winter Period to which Operator commits as set forth in Section 11.1.

Related to Estimated Dependable Capacity

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.
