Ethnic Minorities Policy Framework definition

Ethnic Minorities Policy Framework means the policy framework dated January 2006, adopted by the Borrower’s Ministry of Health through Decision No. 100/QD-BYT dated January 12, 2006, referred to in paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, which sets out: (i) policies and procedures to ensure meaningful consultation with and informed participation of ethnic minority communities who are present in the Project area; and (ii) principles for the preparation of ethnic minorities development plan or plans, as may be required, during the implementation of the Project, as said Framework may be revised from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association.
Ethnic Minorities Policy Framework means the framework dated October 2004, adopted by MOC through Decision 1590 QD/BXD of October 15, 2004, satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, which sets out the policies and procedures to ensure meaningful consultation with, and the informed participation of, ethnic minorities within the Project area who are affected by the Project, and principles for the preparation of ethnic minorities development plans as may be required during implementation of the Project, as said Strategy may be revised from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association.
Ethnic Minorities Policy Framework means the framework dated April 18, 2005, satisfactory to the Association, approved by the Recipient through Prime Minister’s Decision 1017/TTg-QHQT of July 21, 2005, and adopted by the Recipient through its Ministry of Finance’s Decision No. 1048/BTC-QLN dated May 10, 2010 and referred to in paragraph 3 of Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, which sets out the policies and procedures to ensure meaningful consultation with, and the informed participation of, ethnic minorities within the Project area who are affected by the Project, and principles for the preparation of ethnic minorities development plans as may be required during implementation of the Project, as said Framework may be revised from time to time with the prior written concurrence of the Association.

  • Policy Framework means a policy framework issued under section 26 of the Act.

  • New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Manual or “BMP Manual” means the manual maintained by the Department providing, in part, design specifications, removal rates, calculation methods, and soil testing procedures approved by the Department as being capable of contributing to the achievement of the stormwater management standards specified in this chapter. The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Policy Statement means a written description of the current approach of an agency, entitled a policy statement by the agency head or its designee, to implementation of a statute or other provision of law, of a court decision, or of an agency order, including where appropriate the agency's current practice, procedure, or method of action based upon that approach.
