EU Model Contract definition

EU Model Contract means the Standard Contractual Clauses for the Transfer of Personal Data to Processors Established in Third Countries pursuant to Commission Decision 2010/87/EU of 5 February 2010 or any successor document issued by the European Commission.
EU Model Contract has the meaning provided in Section 14A.2(a)(i).

More Definitions of EU Model Contract

EU Model Contract means a contract between the applicable data importer and the applicable data exporter, which contract will include the standard contractual clauses provided or approved by the applicable European Union or implementing country authorities governing the transfer and processing of personal data outside of the European Union. As of the Agreement Effective Date, such standard contractual clauses are those provided in the annex to Decision 2002/16/EC of the European Commission dated December 27, 2001 for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries; and
EU Model Contract means the controller to processor model contract approved the European Commission 2010/87/EU or any replacement contract approved by the European Commission; European Union (or EU) means the political grouping known as the European Union and those countries which are members of such political union, collectively3;
EU Model Contract means the controller to processor model contract C(2010)593, with the optional indemnity deleted or any replacement model contract for transfer to processors approved by the European Commission.

  • Project Contract means any contract between the District or the Corporation and any contractor or vendor regarding the construction, production or other acquisition or installation of any part of an Acquisition Project.
