Examples of EU Transfer Clauses in a sentence

  • In accordance with Clause 13(a) of the EU Transfer Clauses, the supervisory authority with responsibility for ensuring compliance by the data exporter with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as regards the data transfer, as indicated shall act as competent supervisory authority.

  • Unless otherwise specified, any reference to a “Clause” under this Schedule 3 – Part 2 is a reference to the relevant Clause in the EU Transfer Clauses.

  • If the governing law does not allow for third party beneficiary rights, the EU Transfer Clauses shall be governed by a different law as agreed between the Parties.

  • The following information is incorporated into the EU Transfer Clauses for the purposes of their completion: Parties’ details Annex 1 As set out in the Customer Agreement.

  • In the event of inconsistencies between the provisions of the EU Transfer Clauses and this DPA or other agreements between the Partners, the EU Transfer Clauses shall take precedence.

  • Deemer clause means a provision under this title under which upon the

  • Type III transfer means that term as defined under Section 3(c) of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.

  • Annex means an annex to this Agreement.

  • Part III means Tariff, Part III, sections 28 through 35 pertaining to Network Integration Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Deportation or forcible transfer of population means forced displacement of the persons concerned by expulsion or other coercive acts from the area in which they are lawfully present, without grounds permitted under international law;

  • Schedule 3 means Schedule 3 to ITEPA;

  • Accession Letter means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Letter).
