EUR Bonds definition

EUR Bonds means the debt instruments for the Nominal Amount, denominated in EUR and which are governed by and issued under these Terms and Conditions, with ISIN SE0019175266.
EUR Bonds means the Bonds issued in EUR in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, with ISIN SE0004725018.
EUR Bonds means a debt instrument for the Nominal Amount, denominated in EUR and which are governed by and issued under these Terms and Conditions, with ISIN SE0010442269.

Examples of EUR Bonds in a sentence

  • Denomination Euro for EUR Bonds and United States Dollars for USD Bonds.

  • Trading in the EUR Bonds and the GBP Bonds shall take place on the MSE in multiples of €1,000 and £1,000 respectively subject to the retention of a minimum holding of€25,000 (or £20,000, as applicable) by each individual Bondholder.

  • In case of insolvency of the Issuer, the Financial Indebtedness incurred by the Issuer under the Bonds will be ranked pari passu with the Existing EUR Bonds, any New Debt and, until the Completion Date, with the Existing SEK Bonds in accordance with the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • For the foreseeable future, at least until the maturity of the Fixed Rate EUR Bonds in 2024, the Company only needs to pay the interest on the debt.

  • Term Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the date or dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $35,000 of the Series E Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 through 2024 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • 2028 Notes means those 6.500% Senior Notes due 2028 issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 pursuant to the 2028 Notes Documents.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • 2014 Notes means (i) the 4.850% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2014 and (ii) the 4.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 and the 5.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2034 issued by the Issuer on August 21, 2014.
