Eurodollar Rate Tranche definition

Eurodollar Rate Tranche means any part of the principal amount of the Loans that constitutes Eurodollar Rate Advances for a specific Eurodollar Rate Interest Period.
Eurodollar Rate Tranche is the collective reference to Eurodollar Rate Advances the Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date.
Eurodollar Rate Tranche means all or a portion of an Advance which bears interest at a rate per annum determined on the basis of the Eurodollar Rate.

  • Each such notice of a Conversion shall, within the restrictions specified above, specify (i) the date of such Conversion, (ii) the Advances to be Converted, (iii) if such Conversion is into Eurodollar Rate Advances, the duration of the initial Interest Period for the Eurodollar Rate Tranche to be comprised of such Advances and (iv) the Group of Advances (or portion thereof) to which such notice applies.

  • If the Borrower shall fail to notify the Bank of the continuation of any Eurodollar Rate Tranche within the time required by this Section, such Eurodollar Rate Tranche shall, at the option of the Bank, on the last day of the Interest Period applicable thereto, (a) automatically be converted into a Prime Rate Tranche of the same principal amount or (b) automatically be continued as Eurodollar Rate Tranches having an Interest Period of one month.

  • RCFC may, upon at least three (3) Business Days’ prior written notice to the related Managing Agent, request that such portions of the Series 2010-3 Invested Amount allocated to the Series 2010-3 Base Rate Tranche be allocated to the Series 2010-3 Eurodollar Rate Tranche and that the interest rate applicable thereto be the Eurodollar Rate; provided, that no Eurodollar Tranche Period may end subsequent to the Series 2010-3 Expected Final Payment Date.

  • Each Eurodollar Rate Tranche A Borrowing shall be in an aggregate amount not less than $2,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

  • The Borrower shall give the Bank written notice of any continuation or conversion of any portion of the Advances and such notice must be given so as to be received by the Bank not later than 11:00 A.M. Eurodollar Rate Tranche means a Tranche funded by reference to the Eurodollar Rate.
Eurodollar Rate Tranche means a portion of Capital which (i) is funded by a Purchaser (or a related Liquidity Bank), (ii) is allocated to a specific Fixed Period and (iii) bears interest at a rate per annum calculated by reference to the Eurodollar Rate. “Eurodollar Reserve Percentage” for any Purchaser for the Fixed Period for any Eurodollar Rate Tranche means the reserve percentage applicable during such Fixed Period (or, if more than one such percentage shall be so applicable, the daily average of such percentages for those days in such Fixed Period during which any such percentage shall be so applicable) under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for such Purchaser (or, in the case of any Conduit Purchaser, its Liquidity Agent) with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities having a term equal to such Fixed Period.
Eurodollar Rate Tranche. A portion of the Advances with respect to which the interest rate is determined by reference to the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance denominated in Dollars or a Committed Currency that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • Eurodollar Rate Loans means any Loans or portion thereof on which interest is payable based on the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
