EV Charger definition

EV Charger means public electrical vehicle chargers provided by the City of Spruce Grove to charge electric vehicles at public locations.
EV Charger means equipment which, through the use of a distribution panel placed at the Volunteer’s residence, electrically charges the EV.
EV Charger means the electric vehicle charger set forth on the first page of this Agreement selected by Customer from the list of approved chargers found on the Program Website (as defined below).

  • This is also applicable to the use of any amenities et al; patio, bbq, meat smoker, fire pit, outdoor furniture & appliances, kids pack n' play, bicycles, wagons, boogie boards, beach chairs, rubber boat, life vests, dart game, corn hole game, Level 2 EV Charger, Kayak's, Canoe's, Rafts, Surfboard, etc.

  • This includes the use of any amenities that could include, hot tub, pool, bicycles, wagon, games, BBQ, appliances, fire pit, rubber boat, life vests, Level 2 EV Charger, etc.

  • In the event the EV Charger or any such Work is found to be defective and Customer notifies Company of such defect, Company shall repair or replace such defective EV Charger (or components thereof) or such defective Work at Company’s expense.

  • For the avoidance of doubt this warranty shall not cover any component of the Charging Equipment except the EV Charger and the components thereof.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, Company warrants that (i) the EV Charger will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and when properly maintained and (ii) the Installation Work or other maintenance performed by Company or its designees pursuant to this Agreement (the “Work”) will be performed in a safe and professional manner in accordance with Applicable Laws.

  • Tenant authorizes iTrip to charge the amount of damages, as determined solely by iTrip, to guest's credit card in accordance with this agreement LIMITED DAMAGE WAIVER **NOT INCLUSIVE The limited damage waiver does not include coverage for damage to the rubber raft, oars, life vests, bicycles, boogie boards, surf boards, beach gear, beach umbrellas, Level 2 EV Charger, video games, outdoor umbrellas, firepits, area landscaping if the firepit is moved or hot tub that are made available for guest use.


More Definitions of EV Charger

EV Charger means the level-2 240-Volt electric vehicle charger located at Your Service Address that is eligible for coverage under this Plan, including any accessories provided in the original packaging. Covered components are those components of Your EV Charger which are not specifically excluded under Section 10.
EV Charger means a qualifying product (as described in Section 2) that charges EVs, which is a Level 2 type charger, and operational when supplied with 240 Volts of electricity at the Customer’s Residence.
EV Charger means the charge point unit to use with a plug-in electric vehicle.
EV Charger means the ChargePoint Home Flex device installed to deliver electricity from the Make-ready Wiring to EVs. The EV Charger is compliant with the Society of Automotive Engineers J1772 standard and is listed under applicable UL Standards and requirements or equivalent listing by a nationally recognized testing laboratory. For purposes of this Agreement, EV Charger includes the ungrounded, grounded, and equipment conductors, plus the electric vehicle connectors, attachment plugs, and all other fittings, devices, apparatuses, or firmware associated with the installed device, but does not include Make-ready Wiring or an adapter for charging Tesla vehicles as specified in Section 2.4.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Rechargeable battery means a sealed nickel-cadmium battery, a sealed lead acid battery, or any other rechargeable battery, except certain dry cell batteries or a battery exempted by the Commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency (PCA) (Commissioner). (Minn. Stat. § 115A.9157)

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.
