EV Charger definition

EV Charger means public electrical vehicle chargers provided by the City of Spruce Grove to charge electric vehicles at public locations.
EV Charger means equipment which, through the use of a distribution panel placed at the Volunteer’s residence, electrically charges the EV.
EV Charger means the electric vehicle charger set forth on the first page of this Agreement selected by Customer from the list of approved chargers found on the Program Website (as defined below).

  • For the period from the Effective Date through the date of final commissioning of each EV Charging Station at each Host Site, Recipient will provide a monthly construction update by Host Site location to include status of: Host Site Agreements, permits, utility assessment and interconnection, site construction progress, EV Charger installation, and Charging Station commissioning.

  • Charging Port: Refers to the system within an EV Charger that charges one EV.

  • Direct Current Fast Charger (DCFC): Refers to an EV Charger that enables rapid charging by delivering direct-current (DC) electricity directly to an EV’s battery.


More Definitions of EV Charger

EV Charger means the level-2 240-Volt electric vehicle charger located at Your Service Address that is eligible for coverage under this Plan, including any accessories provided in the original packaging. Covered components are those components of Your EV Charger which are not specifically excluded under Section 10.
EV Charger means a qualifying product (as described in Section 2) that charges EVs, which is a Level 2 type charger, and operational when supplied with 240 Volts of electricity at the Customer’s Residence.
EV Charger means the charge point unit to use with a plug-in electric vehicle.
EV Charger means the ChargePoint Home Flex device installed to deliver electricity from the Make-ready Wiring to EVs. The EV Charger is compliant with the Society of Automotive Engineers J1772 standard and is listed under applicable UL Standards and requirements or equivalent listing by a nationally recognized testing laboratory. For purposes of this Agreement, EV Charger includes the ungrounded, grounded, and equipment conductors, plus the electric vehicle connectors, attachment plugs, and all other fittings, devices, apparatuses, or firmware associated with the installed device, but does not include Make-ready Wiring or an adapter for charging Tesla vehicles as specified in Section 2.4.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Legal Charge means the legal charge over the Land to be entered into by the Academy Trust in favour of the Secretary of State, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Secretary of State.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Pass Through Charges means any applicable third party costs or charges relating to the supply and distribution of Energy to the Supply Point(s) including, but not limited to, transportation and distribution use of system charges by the Electricity Distributor or Gas Transporter (as applicable) that are reflected in our tariff;

  • transaction charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of a purchase or sale of a security and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;

  • Additional Charge means a charge in accordance with Canon’s Current Rate; Additional Services means any service in addition to the Services to be provided by Canon under clause 21; Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the place where the Products or Services are being supplied;
