Event Charge definition

Event Charge means the payment to be made by the Exhibitor/Sponsor for the Exhibition space at, or the sponsorship of, the Event;
Event Charge means the payment to be made by the Sponsor/Partner for the chosen Collaboration package;
Event Charge means the payment to be made by the Exhibitor for its participation in the Event.

Examples of Event Charge in a sentence

  • In addition to the Event Charge, the Hirer will also be responsible for paying the Exchange’s charges for goods and services provided by the Exchange, at the request of any person purporting to represent the Hirer and having ostensible authority to do so (including any person, firm or company other than the Hirer), being goods and services in addition to those specified in the Booking Form.

  • All charges are quoted exclusive of VAT which shall be payable in addition to the Event Charge at the current applicable rate for all clients – UK based or non-UK based.

  • The Other Extreme Event Charge for such events is the anticipated claims cost, net of reinsurance recoveries (subject to paragraph 49) and after allowance for appropriate release of reserves justified as a direct result of the extreme event, and must be quantified having considered the licensedinsurer’s exposure in respect of group risk business and any other risk concentrations.

  • If the Sponsor/Partner fails to pay the Event Charge within the agreed time, the Organiser may, in writing, cancel the Contract.On the other hand, the Sponsor/Partner can, in writing, cancel the Contract, only up to 60 days before the commencement date of the Event.

  • Upon the acceptance of the contract, the Organiser will send an invoice for the total due amount of the Event Charge (plus VAT where applicable) to be paid in full within 30 days.

  • In the Event of the Exhibitor/Sponsor cancelling its participation in the Event less than three months before the Event, the Exhibitor/Sponsor shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the Event Charge.

  • The Estimated Event Charge must be paid in full (less the amount of any deposit already paid) at least 14 business days before the event.

  • The Licensee must pay to MCET Additional Charges in addition to the Event Charge otherwise payable if the following occurs: Nature of VariationChargeLess than 30 people attend an Event.15% of the Food and Beverage Charge.An Event is held on a Sunday or a Victorian public holiday.15% of the Food and Beverage Charge.

  • An invoice for the balance of the Event Charge including any additional charges payable, less the deposit paid by the Hirer (“the Balance Invoice”), will be issued as soon as reasonably practicable after the Event Date.

  • Cancellation is allowed, but must be submitted in writing to the HOA Manager under the below terms: Written Notice Prior to Function Charge to Member =/> (equal to or greater than) 8 Days prior to Event No Charge =/< (equal to or less than) 7 Days prior to Event Charge $125.00 “Estimated charges” include reservation fee and all other amounts agreed to be paid hereunder.


More Definitions of Event Charge

Event Charge means the amount calculated pursuant to rule 11.5.2 of section IV of part C;
Event Charge means the payment to be made by the Exhibitor/Sponsor for the Exhibition space at, or the sponsorship of, the Event;c) Exhibitor means the company or person, its employees and agents applying for and being granted exhibition space at the Event;

Event Charge means that part of the Licence Fee which comprises the Space Hire Charge, the Food and Beverage Charge and other usage charges including additional security, cleaning and other items provided by MCET or its Agents. Food and Beverage Charge means that part of the Event Charge which is calculated by reference to the food and beverage requirements of an Event.
Event Charge. Has the meaning given in Section 2.5 (Event Charges) of Schedule B (Charges).

Related to Event Charge

  • Account Charge means, in relation to each of the Charged Accounts, the first priority fixed charge or pledge over all such accounts given or to be given by the relevant account holder thereof in favor of and in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Trustee.

  • Default Management Charge has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.2 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Prepayment Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the charges or premiums, if any, due in connection with a full or partial prepayment of such Mortgage Loan during a Prepayment Period in accordance with the terms thereof (other than any Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount).

  • Late Payment Charge means the charge that is applied when either Party fails to remit payment for any charges by the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received after the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received in funds which are not immediately available or received by either Party as of the Bill Due Date, or if either Party does not submit the Remittance Information.

  • development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.

  • Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Sales Charge and "Dealer Commission" apply only to the Load Funds and the CDSC Funds. All commissions and concessions are subject to change without notice by us and will comply with any changes in regulatory requirements. You agree that you will not combine customer orders to reach breakpoints in commissions for any purpose whatsoever unless authorized by the Prospectus or by us in writing.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Adviser Charge : means the fee agreed with your financial adviser in remuneration for the personal recommendation received prior to submission of an Application Form.

  • Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Default Charges Default Interest and/or late payment charges that are paid or payable, as the context may require, in respect of any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan or REO Mortgage Loan.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Development Charges or “DC” shall mean the amount charged by the Company from the Applicant(s) towards carrying out the developmental works inside or around the Project, including but not limited to the payment of the following:

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Excess Penalty Charges With respect to any Serviced Loan and any Collection Period, the sum of (A) the excess of (i) any and all Penalty Charges collected in respect of such Serviced Loan during such Collection Period, over (ii) all unpaid or unreimbursed Advances and Additional Trust Fund Expenses (including, without limitation, interest on Advances to the extent not otherwise paid or reimbursed by the related Mortgagor, but excluding Special Servicing Fees, Workout Fees and Liquidation Fees) outstanding or previously incurred on behalf of the Trust (and, if applicable, the related Serviced Companion Loan Holder) with respect to such Serviced Loan and reimbursed from such Penalty Charges (which such Advances and Additional Trust Fund Expenses shall be reimbursed from such Penalty Charges) in accordance with Section 3.14 of this Agreement and (B) Advances and expenses previously paid or reimbursed from Penalty Charges as described in the immediately preceding clause (A), which Advances and expenses have been recovered from the related Mortgagor or otherwise.
