Food and Beverage Requirements. The following are the minimum food and beverage requirements for the Congress: (a) Registration and coffee breaks during the Congress for all Delegates, including FELs and media, in convenient locations to the Congress session area (b) Hot lunches for all Delegates for each day of the Congress with water, soft drinks, juices and coffee/tea (may be buffet) (c) Water in all session rooms for speakers, interpreters and Delegates, and available throughout the Congress venue at all times (d) VIP lunch buffet in the VIP lounge, and continuous tea and coffee, soft drinks, water, executive quality snacks outside of lunchtime; VIP lunch may also be served in alternative VIP lunch locations (e) Seated plated lunches for the Community Roundtable events of the Trilemma Ministerial Roundtable and the CEO Roundtable (f) Food (eg canapés) and beverages (wine, beer, soft drinks) at the Congress Welcome Reception (g) Continuous tea and coffee, soft drinks, water, light snacks, and sandwich/salad lunches for the Council staff office each day between 7.00am to 18.30 from two days prior to the Executive Assembly (h) Continuous tea and coffee, soft drinks, water, executive quality snacks, and fruit in the executive offices (Chairmanship and Secretary General) between 7.00am to
Food and Beverage Requirements. 1.1.3.1 Vendor shall not bring any glass containers into the Space or serve any food or beverages in glass containers. 1.1.3.2 The Vendor are prohibited from serving or selling any alcoholic beverages.
Food and Beverage Requirements. If the Hotel does not have a separate room service/banquet kitchen, then Owner shall require at least one of the operators or lessees of a Third-Party Area restaurant to (1) serve breakfast, lunch and dinner; (2) prepare and supply food (and if requested by Operator beverages) for room service on a 24 hours a day/7 days a week basis utilizing menus consistent with the Operating Standard and subject to Operator’s approval and at prices established by Operator; and (3) at Operator’s election, prepare and supply food (and if requested by Operator beverages) utilizing menus consistent with the Operating Standard and subject to Operator’s approval and at prices established by Operator for banquets, catering and any other F&B operations of the Hotel, and in each of (2) and (3), the Third-Party Area’s charge to the Hotel (or operator or lessee of another Third Party Area if applicable) for the provision of such services shall be agreed upon by Owner, Operator, the operator or lessee of the other Third Party Area if applicable, and the Third-Party Area operator or lessee. All services (including food delivery to guests and event planning) for banquets, catering and room service shall be supervised, directed and controlled by Operator and the revenues from all such operations shall be collected by the Hotel (and included in GOR) and the expenses of the Hotel from all such operations shall be included in Operating Expenses.
Food and Beverage Requirements. Tenant should handle all food and beverage requirements. Room should be left in clean condition with all trash discarded in receptacles and catering equipment removed.
Food and Beverage Requirements. For events where food is served, the Client must use the food service vendor, Great Western Dining,that operates the college’s dining facility. The Client will be charged according to Great Western Dining fees. Alcoholic beverages are permitted at various locations and must be approved by Xxxxxxx College President prior to event (see Alcoholic Beverage Authorization). Xxxxxxx College reserves the right to inspect all private parties, meetings, receptions, etc. being held on the premises and stop any event that violates college policy or endangers the safety and security of any person or college property. The following pre-payment schedule will apply to ALL events, receptions or parties and will be specific to each client event: Clients can choose to make a full payment at any time. At Time of Booking 25% of All Estimated Costs & Security Deposit 30 Days Prior to Event 50% 7 Days Prior to Event Remaining Balance of All Costs Pre-payments for these events are non-refundable. Failure to comply with the pre-payment schedule shall result in the immediate cancellation of the event. Pre-payment schedule may change depending on booking date. Security deposit will be returned after event space has been checked for damage and all charges, including any last minute adjustment/change fees have been paid.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B.   • Compliance Requirements A. Nondiscrimination. The Contractor agrees to comply, and to require its subcontractor(s) to comply, with the nondiscrimination provisions of MCL 37.2209. Nothing in this Section III.D affects Practitioner’s responsibility to refrain from (and liability for) billing Federal health care programs for items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by an excluded person. Practitioner understands that items or services furnished by excluded persons are not payable by Federal health care programs and that Practitioner may be liable for overpayments and/or criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions for employing or contracting with an excluded person regardless of whether Practitioner meets the requirements of Section III.D.

  • Accessibility Requirements Under Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2054, Subchapter M, and implementing rules of the Texas Department of Information Resources, the System Agency must procure Products and services that comply with the Accessibility Standards when those Products are available in the commercial marketplace or when those Products are developed in response to a procurement solicitation. Accordingly, Grantee must provide electronic and information resources and associated Product documentation and technical support that comply with the Accessibility Standards.
