Food and Beverage Requirements. All food & Beverage must be provided by the Hotel. Food & Beverage is not permitted to be removed from the Hotel’s banquet area.
Food and Beverage Requirements. For events where food is served, the Client must use the food service vendor, Great Western Dining,that operates the college’s dining facility. The Client will be charged according to Great Western Dining fees. Alcoholic beverages are permitted at various locations and must be approved by Xxxxxxx College President prior to event (see Alcoholic Beverage Authorization). Xxxxxxx College reserves the right to inspect all private parties, meetings, receptions, etc. being held on the premises and stop any event that violates college policy or endangers the safety and security of any person or college property. The following pre-payment schedule will apply to ALL events, receptions or parties and will be specific to each client event: Clients can choose to make a full payment at any time. At Time of Booking 25% of All Estimated Costs & Security Deposit 30 Days Prior to Event 50% 7 Days Prior to Event Remaining Balance of All Costs Pre-payments for these events are non-refundable. Failure to comply with the pre-payment schedule shall result in the immediate cancellation of the event. Pre-payment schedule may change depending on booking date. Security deposit will be returned after event space has been checked for damage and all charges, including any last minute adjustment/change fees have been paid.
Food and Beverage Requirements. If the Hotel does not have a separate room service/banquet kitchen, then Owner shall require at least one of the operators or lessees of a Third-Party Area restaurant to (1) serve breakfast, lunch and dinner; (2) prepare and supply food (and if requested by Operator beverages) for room service on a 24 hours a day/7 days a week basis utilizing menus consistent with the Operating Standard and subject to Operator’s approval and at prices established by Operator; and (3) at Operator’s election, prepare and supply food (and if requested by Operator beverages) utilizing menus consistent with the Operating Standard and subject to Operator’s approval and at prices established by Operator for banquets, catering and any other F&B operations of the Hotel, and in each of (2) and (3), the Third-Party Area’s charge to the Hotel (or operator or lessee of another Third Party Area if applicable) for the provision of such services shall be agreed upon by Owner, Operator, the operator or lessee of the other Third Party Area if applicable, and the Third-Party Area operator or lessee. All services (including food delivery to guests and event planning) for banquets, catering and room service shall be supervised, directed and controlled by Operator and the revenues from all such operations shall be collected by the Hotel (and included in GOR) and the expenses of the Hotel from all such operations shall be included in Operating Expenses.

Food and Beverage Requirements a. MBBC’s on-site food and beverage provider, Delaware North Companies, Inc. (“DNC”), shall only serve alcoholic beverages to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and, pursuant to DNC’s precautionary alcoholic beverage service policies, will check identification of Licensee’s guests and invitees that appear to be under thirty (30) years of age. If DNC’s employees believe, in their sole and absolute discretion, that Licensee’s guests or invitees are under the legal drinking age, intoxicated or should not be served an alcoholic beverage product, DNC shall refuse, limit, or discontinue alcoholic beverage service to such person and request that Licensee and/or Licensee’s guests leave American Family Field, without refund. b. No food or beverages of any nature may be brought into the location by the Licensee or it’s guests without prior written approval from DNC or MBBC. In the event that DNC or MBBC permits Licensee to bring any outside food and/or beverages to the Designated Area, an additional service fee may apply. Any food or beverage product brought into the Designated Area without proper authorization from DNC or MBBC will be confiscated and/or charged for at a normal retail price for such items. c. Any additional food and beverage ordered by Licensee beyond the included food and beverage package is subject to a twenty percent (20%) gratuity and a six percent (8.4%) food service sales tax.
