Exam Content means all content accessed as part of a Certification Exam, including certification exams, questions and answers, descriptions, test files, and the underlying software.

Exam Content means any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, that is intentionally contributed by You to VMware for inclusion in, or documentation of, any of the exams used by VMware. For the purposes of this definition, “submitted” means any form of electronic, verbal or written communication provided to VMware or its representatives for the purpose of discussing and improving the VMware exams, but excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise designed in writing by You as “Not an Exam Question.”

  • You will not access or use the Exam or Exam Content for any other purpose and You will keep the Exam and Exam Content strictly confidential.

  • Further, You will not copy, distribute, disclose, display, export, publish, sell, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or create derivative works of any Exam or Exam Content in any form (whether oral, written, or digital).

  • Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: • Distributing actual or purported Certification Exam Content or substantive descriptions of Certification Exam Content, by any verbal or written means, including but not limited to Internet web postings, formal or informal test preparation, discussion groups, paper copies, chat rooms, forums, or social networking sites.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this CLA, You hereby grant to VMware a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Exam Content and such derivative works.

Related to Exam Content

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
