You will not access or use the Exam or Exam Content for any other purpose and You will keep the Exam and Exam Content strictly confidential.
Further, You will not copy, distribute, disclose, display, export, publish, sell, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or create derivative works of any Exam or Exam Content in any form (whether oral, written, or digital).
You will access and use the Exam and Exam Content solely for purposes of completing the Exam to become Alteryx Certified.

Any provisions that are by their nature intended to survive termination of this Agreement will continue to survive following termination, including without limitation Section 3.6 (Confidential Exam Content), 6 (Reservation of Rights), Section 7 (No Warranties), Section 8 (Limitation of Liability), Section 9 (Indemnification), and Section 10 (General Provisions) survive the termination of this Agreement.
In addition, and subject to the terms and conditions of this CLA, You hereby grant to VMware a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license under any trade secret rights you may have for VMware to use Your Background Material in developing Exam Content.
Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: • Distributing actual or purported Certification Exam Content or substantive descriptions of Certification Exam Content, by any verbal or written means, including but not limited to Internet web postings, formal or informal test preparation, discussion groups, paper copies, chat rooms, forums, or social networking sites.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this CLA, You hereby grant to VMware a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Exam Content and such derivative works.
