Certification Exams. If the Red Hat Learning Subscription includes the ability to unlock certification exams, Named Participant may be permitted to complete certification exams in class or via an individual exam session. Certification exams require Named Participants to meet certain criteria such as completing a learning path. Red Hat reserves the right to modify learning paths and/or certification criteria for certification exams. The standard exam terms and conditions apply to any unlocked exams. While Red Hat provides exams at many locations, Red Hat does not warrant that any particular exam will be available in a city near the Client or Named Participant.
Certification Exams. Subject to Employer approval of the certifying agency, and successful completion of the examination, the Employer will pay the costs of examination fees for specialty area certification exams, prorated for part-time nurses. If the employment relationship is terminated in less than six (6) months of the examination date, the nurse will return to the Employer the amount received for examination fees.
Certification Exams. Provider will make available to Client coupon codes for use by Authorized Participants that desire to register for a Certification Exam. Coupon codes are subject to any limitations on use (including time limitations) specified in the applicable Participation Form. Client acknowledges and agrees that, as part of the registration for any Certification Exam, the Authorized Participants may be required to accept Provider’s terms and conditions for the applicable Certification Exam.
Certification Exams. One (1) EnterpriseDB Learning Credit Point may be redeemed for one (1) attempt at passing an EnterpriseDB Certification Exam. Certification Exams may only be taken after fulfillment of the pre-requisites as defined on the EnterpriseDB website.

Certification Exams. Paid time off to sit for certification exams and reimbursement for exam fees shall be granted to any bargaining unit nurse who meets the following criteria:
(a) The certification shall be directly applicable to the nurse’s current position (unless no certification is available, in which case a general nursing certification may be substituted) and recognized by a national professional nursing organization.
(b) The nurse shall notify the nurse’s immediate supervisor of their intent to certify. The supervisor will respond to the nurse within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Time off and costs associated with certification exams are separate from other time and funds available under other provisions.
Certification Exams. If a certification examination day falls on a day when an employee being examined is scheduled to be off work, the employee will be granted one-half (5 hours for 10-hour day) day compensatory time off. Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Reimbursement is provided for expenses incurred to satisfy certification requirements as specified in job descriptions. Expenses to be reimbursed include pre-approved study materials and examination fees once tests have been passed and proof has been provided to the Department Manager.
Certification Exams. Certification exams, including exam questions and answers thereto, constitute CMMI Institute confidential information and are protected by trade secret law and by the Non-Disclosure Agreement and General Terms of Use for CMMI Institute Certification Exams (“Exam Agreement”) and may not be disclosed to or discussed with others or posted or published in any forum or through any medium. Anyone in violation of the Exam Agreement or engaging in fraudulent behavior may be decertified and terminated from the Program and/or permanently ineligible to participate in the Program as detailed in section 5 and 6 of this agreement
