Excavator Locate Request means notification by an Excavator of Proposed Work to the Call Centre, to be by way of facsimile, telephone, hand delivery, electronic transmission by computer, or such other means as One Call and the Industry Member may agree upon from time to time;

Examples of Excavator Locate Request in a sentence

  • The Industry Member acknowledges that One Call does not warrant the accuracy of any information provided by an Excavator, be it contained in any Excavator Locate Request or any other information provided by an Excavator whatsoever and One Call shall not be liable for any loss to the Industry Member as a result of inaccuracies provided by an Excavator in any such information.

  • The Call Centre's receipt of an Excavator Locate Request shall enable it to communicate a Notification of Locate Request to the Industry Member to allow the Industry Member to take whatever action is necessary to prevent damage to the Industry Member’s Plant.

  • The extent of work (marking instructions) for each location must also be the same in order to be grouped on a single Excavator Locate Request.

  • When these conditions are met, the limits of the ticket field lengths shall determine the maximum number of excavation sites that can be included on an Excavator Locate Request.

  • When the depth of Proposed Work in an Excavator Locate Request is less (shallower) than the Depth, the Industry Member will not receive a Notification of Locate Request.

  • The Centre does not forward these notices to the Industry Member and advises the excavator that they are clear to dig for the Industry Member for this Excavator Locate Request.

  • That ON1Call has no independent means to establish or verify the actual depth of the Proposed Work other than from an Excavator Locate Request.

  • When the Excavator is uncertain of the depth of Proposed Work or does not indicate the depth in an Excavator Locate Request, the Centre will default the depth “system clears” process for that Excavator Locate Request and the Industry Member will receive a Notification of Locate Request.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • aerial work means an aircraft operation in which an aircraft is used for specialised services such as agriculture, construction, photography, surveying, observation and patrol, search and rescue, and aerial advertisement;

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.
