Exception Item Report definition

Exception Item Report means a record describing Exception Items that is provided by Bank to Customer under this Agreement. Pay Request means the instructions of Customer to Bank requesting Bank to pay an Exception Item. Return Request means the instructions of Customer to Bank instructing Bank not to pay an Exception Item. Return Default. If Customer misses the deadline or if Bank otherwise does not receive a Pay Request as to any ACH entry, Bank will make final decision to return the entry.
Exception Item Report means a record describing Exception Items that is provided by Bank to Client under Section 3(b)(ii).
