Excess Finance Charge and Administrative Collections definition

Excess Finance Charge and Administrative Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.08C of the Master Indenture.
Excess Finance Charge and Administrative Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts, if any, specified pursuant to subsections 4.11(a)(iv), 4.11(b)(ii) and an amount equal to the product of (x) Reallocated Investor Finance Charge and Administrative Collections with respect to such Distribution Date and (y) the Collateral Invested Percentage with respect to such Distribution Date.
Excess Finance Charge and Administrative Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.07(d).

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.
