Excluded Customer definition

Excluded Customer means Governmental Authorities, Distributor’s house accounts and other accounts listed in attached Schedule 2 (which Distributor may periodically update in its sole discretion), or a customer located outside of the Territory.

More Definitions of Excluded Customer

Excluded Customer means any Affiliate of Company and any Entity that (a) does not operate within the Market; (b) is located outside of the Territory; (c) is under a private label arrangement with Company; and/or (d) is expressly listed in the Commercial Terms, if applicable.
