Excluded Operating Expenses definition

Excluded Operating Expenses means any operating expenses comprised of Pass-Through Amounts excluded from any applicable determination of revenue, and, with respect to the Canadian Securitization Entities, Weekly Management Fees, Excess Canadian Weekly Management Fees and any lease or similar expenses to the extent payable pursuant to priority (xxvi) of the Priority of Payments.
Excluded Operating Expenses means utility costs, insurance premiums (excluding workers 20 compensation), cart and equipment lease payments, Capital Improvements, personal property taxes, ANAHEIM golf administrative costs and/or overhead that is, as of the Effective Date, 21 approximately $835,000, and any possessory interest taxes owed by ANAHEIM. 22 Furnishings and Equipment means all furniture, furnishings, trade fixtures, apparatus and 23 equipment, including golf course maintenance vehicles and equipment, golf carts, driving range pickers and pullers, mats, buckets, cash registers, rental golf clubs, ball washers, benches, 24 uniforms, and other personal property used in or held in storage for use in the operation of the Project, other than Operating Inventory and fixtures attached to and forming part of the 25 Improvements.
Excluded Operating Expenses means utility costs, insurance premiums (excluding workers 25 compensation), cart and equipment lease payments, Capital Improvements, personal property 26 taxes, any legal and/or attorneys’ 27 fees or costs (including any legal settlement costs) related to the Services and/or the management of the 20 Project, ANAHEIM golf administrative costs and/or overhead that is, as of the Effective Date, approximately $835,000, and any possessory interest taxes owed by ANAHEIM. 22 Furnishings and Equipment means all furniture, furnishings, trade fixtures, apparatus and 23 equipment, including golf course maintenance vehicles and equipment, golf carts, driving range pickers and pullers, mats, buckets, cash registers, rental golf clubs, ball washers, benches, uniforms, and other personal property used in or held in storage for use in the operation of the Project, other than Operating Inventory and fixtures attached to and forming part of the 25 Improvements.

Related to Excluded Operating Expenses

  • Operating Expenses shall include all costs to the Lessor of operating and maintaining the Premises, and shall include, without limitation, real estate and personal property taxes and assessments, management fee(s), heating, air conditioning, HVAC, electricity, water, waste disposal, sewage, operating materials and supplies, service agreements and charges, lawn care, snow removal, restriping, repairs, repaving, cleaning and custodial, security, insurance, the cost of contesting the validity or applicability of any governmental acts which may affect operating expenses, and all other direct operating costs of operating and maintaining the Premises and related parking areas, unless expressly excluded from operating expenses.

  • Operating Expenditures means all Partnership Group cash expenditures (or the Partnership’s proportionate share of expenditures in the case of Subsidiaries that are not wholly owned), including taxes, compensation of employees, officers and directors of the General Partner, reimbursement of expenses of the General Partner and its Affiliates, debt service payments, Maintenance Capital Expenditures, repayment of Working Capital Borrowings and payments made in the ordinary course of business under any Hedge Contracts, subject to the following:

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Excluded Expenditure means any expenditure:

  • Tax Expenses means all federal, state, county, or local governmental or municipal taxes, fees, charges or other impositions of every kind and nature, whether general, special, ordinary or extraordinary, (including, without limitation, real estate taxes, general and special assessments, transit taxes, leasehold taxes or taxes based upon the receipt of rent, including gross receipts or sales taxes applicable to the receipt of rent, unless required to be paid by Tenant, personal property taxes imposed upon the fixtures, machinery, equipment, apparatus, systems and equipment, appurtenances, furniture and other personal property used in connection with the Project, or any portion thereof), which shall be paid or accrued during any Expense Year (without regard to any different fiscal year used by such governmental or municipal authority) because of or in connection with the ownership, leasing and operation of the Project, or any portion thereof.
