Excluded Permits definition

Excluded Permits means, with respect to each Property, those Permits which, under applicable law, are nontransferable.
Excluded Permits means those Permits which, under applicable law, are nontransferable and such other Permits, if any, as may be designated as Excluded Permits on Schedule 1.1.20.

More Definitions of Excluded Permits

Excluded Permits means the permits, licenses, franchises, approvals and authorizations of Seller by Governmental Authorities that relate to the Excluded Property.
