Exclusive Negotiating Period means the period of time commencing on the date first set above and ending on July 17, 2023. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon the written request of the Developer, the City Manager may, in the sole discretion of the City Manager, agree to extend the term of the Exclusive Negotiating Period to October 16, 2023.
