Exclusive Negotiating Period definition

Exclusive Negotiating Period means that period of time commencing upon the

Exclusive Negotiating Period means the period of time commencing on the date first set above and ending on July 17, 2023. The City and Developer shall negotiate diligently and in good faith to carry out the obligations of this Agreement during the Exclusive Negotiating Period.
