Exemptions Committee definition

Exemptions Committee or "Regional Exemptions Committee" means, for the purposes of this part of the Agreement, the Executive Committee of the Council or the Exemptions Committee established for purposes of considering applications for exemption received in terms of clause 31 of this part of the Agreement;
Exemptions Committee means the National Exemptions Committee or any other sub- committee delegated by the National Exemptions Committee to perform all or part of its functions
Exemptions Committee means a committee established to consider applications for exemption from the provisions of this Agreement;

Examples of Exemptions Committee in a sentence

  • If the applicant is not prepared to accept a partial granting of the application or any conditions imposed by the Exemptions Committee, the application shall be deemed to have been rejected.

  • Such application shall be lodged within not more than 30 days of the applicant's being notified of the decision of the Exemptions Committee.
