In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement, the Exhibitor Application, the Exhibition Prospectus and/or any Exhibition Manual, the provisions of this Agreement prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Exhibition Manual The document, if any, that We provide to the Exhibitor at any time prior to the Event, setting out rules and requirements for the Exhibition and other related matters.
The Renter and participating vendors or employees shall comply with the "Notices on Venue Operations in TAITRA Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1", "Exhibition Manual for TAITRA Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1", and "TAITRA Exhibition Hall Decoration Construction Regulations" when working in the venue.
Stands cannot be constructed in the Allotted Space if plans have not been submitted and approved by the Organiser within the timetable set out in the Exhibition Manual.
The Exhibitor (and any contractors retained by it) agrees to abide by any relevant provisions contained within the Exhibition Manual.
Prices and terms will be provided separately to the Participant along with the Exhibition Manual.
The Exhibitor agrees to abide by and observe the provisions of the Exhibition Manual and all amendments and additions from time to time.
The Participant will receive separate offers for these along with the Exhibition Manual.
The Participant does not have the right to begin constructing the stand or to bring Exhibition goods into the Exhibition rooms before the time indicated in the Exhibition Manual.
Additional details of the following: • The Exhibition; • The open hours of the Exhibition; • The Installation Period; and • The Dismantling Period, will be stipulated by the Organiser in the Exhibition Manual or any appropriate alternative document(s).
