Existing Project Approvals definition

Existing Project Approvals means the entitlements for the Project described in Recitals above, and in particular the following: (i) amendment to the General Plan, (ii) amendment to the Sunbow General Development Plan (iii) an amendment to Sunbow SPA II, (iv) the rezone of the Property, (v) Tentative Map NO. 20-0002, (vi) all associated documents that have been attached and made a part thereof, such as the PFFP, and (vii) the Project EIR, all as may be amended from time to time consistent with this Agreement.
Existing Project Approvals shall have the meaning set forth in Recital G. “Federal/State Compliance Fees” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.02.B. “Fee Deposit Date” shall mean the date that is one hundred twenty (120) days following the Effective Date, which date shall be extended as set forth in Section 9.06 where delays are due to Force Majeure.
Existing Project Approvals shall have the meaning set forth in Recital H.

  • The Parties desire to retain a certain degree of flexibility with respect to the details of the Project development and with respect to those items covered in general terms under this Agreement, the Existing Project Approvals, the Existing Land Use Regulations, and, once issued, any Future Project Approvals.


More Definitions of Existing Project Approvals

Existing Project Approvals means the following:
Existing Project Approvals means all Project Approvals approved or issued on or before the Effective Date.

Related to Existing Project Approvals

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, permits, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Necessary preconstruction approvals or permits means those permits or approvals required under federal air quality control laws and regulations and those air quality control laws and regulations which are part of the applicable State Implementation Plan.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.
