Existing Resource definition

Existing Resource. (08/15/08 Version) means a Specified Resource listed in section 2 of Exhibit A that «Customer Name» was obligated by contract or statute to use to serve «Customer Name»’s Total Retail Load prior to October 1, 2006.
Existing Resource means a renewable electric generation resource that is not a Developmental Resource.
Existing Resource means a Specified Resource listed in section 2 of Exhibit A that «Customer Name» was obligated by contract or statute to use to serve «Customer Name»’s Total Retail Load prior to October 1, 20062023.

Related to Existing Resource

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;
