Existing Sites definition

Existing Sites means the land at the power plants known as the New Madrid Power Plant and the Xxxxxx Xxxx Energy Center located near Xxxxxxx, Missouri and Moberly, Missouri, respectively, where the Facilities are presently located.

Existing Sites is defined in Background Recital A.

More Definitions of Existing Sites

Existing Sites means the sites currently owned by BNP and leased to Lessee commonly referred to as the Central Park Property and the Garrxxx Xxxve Property.

Existing Sites means all right, title and interest of -------------- Powertel and each of the Sellers in the telecommunication towers and appurtenant sites set out in Schedule B, together with all rights and ---------- appurtenances pertaining thereto, including land, buildings, tower structures and other improvements located thereon, all personal property, all ground leases, all third-party tenant leases and other contracts and books and records in connection therewith; provided, however, the Existing Sites will not include any Existing Equipment located thereon.

Existing Sites shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Existing Sites means, collectively, with respect to the parcels of land located in Fremont, California, Site Fremont 1, Site Fremont 2, Site Fremont 3 and Site Fremont 4 and, with respect to the parcels of land located in Livermore, California, the Site Port 1 and Site Port 101.

Existing Sites are the Approved Retail Sites identified on the Attachment A of Branded Jobber Contract in effect as of the Effective Date of this Master Incentive Contract and any future Transferred Sites, as listed on Schedule A attached hereto.

Existing Sites means the Sites, the Towers and Improvements on which have been constructed and used by the Transferring Entities prior to the date hereof, as such Sites and Transferring Entities are listed in ANNEX A attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time.
