Existing Sites definition

Existing Sites means the land at the power plants known as the New Madrid Power Plant and the Xxxxxx Hill Energy Center located near Marston, Missouri and Moberly, Missouri, respectively.

Existing Sites are the Approved Retail Sites identified on the Attachment A of Branded Jobber Contract in effect as of the Effective Date of this Master Incentive Contract and any future Transferred Sites, as listed on Schedule A attached hereto.
