Exit Information definition

Exit Information has the meaning given to it in paragraph 115.1 of this Call Off Schedule 9;

Examples of Exit Information in a sentence

The Exit Information shall be accurate and complete in all material respects and the level of detail to be provided by the Supplier shall be such as would be reasonably necessary to enable a third party to: prepare an informed offer for those Services; and not be disadvantaged in any subsequent procurement process compared to the Supplier (if the Supplier is invited to participate).

Exit Information has the meaning given to it in paragraph 42.1 of this Call Off Schedule; Exit Manager means the person appointed by each Party pursuant to paragraph 41.4 of this Call Off Schedule for managing the Parties' respective obligations under this Call Off Schedule; Net Book Value means the net book value of the relevant Supplier Asset(s) calculated in accordance with the depreciation policy of the Supplier set out in the letter in the agreed form from the Supplier to the Costumer of even date with this Call Off Contract;
