Examples of Exit Management Plan in a sentence
Each party will be responsible for their own costs associated with the activities required for executing their obligations under the Exit Management Plan except any Charges payable in respect of Services undertaken during the Transition Period which shall continue to be payable in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The Exit Management Plan will identify the key tasks and activities that the Parties shall undertake to achieve the obligations of each party on a termination or expiry of this Agreement.
The parties will review the Exit Management Plan from time to time to ensure that it meets the objectives of this Schedule 5 and is up to date.
The Supplier shall perform the activities identified in this Schedule and the Exit Management Plan to effect a smooth transfer of operational responsibilities and the migration of the Services (or any part thereof or replacement thereof) to Client or a new service provider.
If this Agreement expires or is terminated in whole or in part for any reason, the Supplier shall co-operate with Client in the performance of the Exit Management Plan and continue to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement and fully in accordance with the Service Levels and provide Termination Assistance to ensure an orderly migration of the Services to Client or, at Client's request, a new service provider.
