Exit Management Plan the plan (as the same is prepared, maintained and agreed pursuant to Clause 13) setting out the obligations of the Provider to facilitate:

More Definitions of Exit Management Plan

Exit Management Plan means a plan approved by the Governing Board for transitioning its users’ information to another information utility as per the requirement of Regulation 39;
