  • Permitted Operators who wish to expand their fleet to meet increases in the fleet maximum or for any other reason will need to submit for a Permit amendment and pay any and all fees that would be associated with those additional operating Devices at the time of permitting (See Fleet Expansion Fee Schedule above).

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Inspection Fee means a fee payable to Lender or Loan Servicer for performing any inspection required by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500.00 per inspection.
