Facilities Costs definition

Facilities Costs means the general operating costs of the facilities that will house any element of the CIRM-Funded Project.
Facilities Costs means, for any Interest Accrual Period, an amount, as notified in writing by the Facility Agent to the Transferor, the Servicer and the Trustee on or prior to the related Determination Date, equal to all amounts owing by the Transferor under the applicable Certificate Purchase Agreement, including Program Fees but excluding those fees and other costs covered by the calculation of the Cost of Funds Rate.
Facilities Costs means $2,703,341.58, all or a portion of which will be used to determine the prepayment amount only if Bonds have not been issued, in which case the portion of the prepayment attributable to this amount shall be deposited into the Improvement Fund.
