Expedited Review Process definition

Expedited Review Process means the claims-resolution method by which Talc Personal Injury Claims for Ovarian Cancer or Mesothelioma are evaluated to determine whether they are entitled to receive the applicable Scheduled Values as described in Section 5.2(a) hereof.
Expedited Review Process means the process employed to liquidate Asbestos PI-SE Cash-Out Claims, as set forth in Section 5.2(a) of the PI-SE TDP and the process employed to liquidate Asbestos PI-AO Cash-Out Claims, as set forth in Section 5.2(a) of the PI-AO TDP.

More Definitions of Expedited Review Process
