Expediting Expenses definition

Expediting Expenses means costs and expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred by You for express carriage rates and extra payments for overtime, night, Sunday or holiday working incurred in connection with the repair or reinstatement of the Property Insured.
Expediting Expenses means the expenses incurred to expedite the repair of the Vessel following physical loss or physical damage covered under this insurance, including but not limited to the cost of overtime, night work, work on public holidays and express freight (to include non-scheduled airfreight).
Expediting Expenses means --- only to the extent it reduces the amount of loss that otherwise would have been payable under this "Equipment Breakdown" coverage.

Examples of Expediting Expenses in a sentence

  • Either such Boiler and Machinery policy or the All-Risk policy required in (i) above shall include at least $3,000,000 per incidence for Off-Premises Service Interruption, Expediting Expenses, Ammonia Contamination, and Hazardous Materials Clean-up Expense and may contain a deductible not to exceed $50,000.

  • Extra / Expediting Expenses $ 200,000,000 combined each and every occurrence for PD & BI.

  • Either such Boiler and Machinery policy or the All-Risk policy required in (i) above shall include at least $1,000,000 per incidence for Off-Premises Service Interruption, Expediting Expenses, and Hazardous Materials Clean-up Expense and may contain a deductible not to exceed $100,000.

  • Either such Boiler and Machinery policy or the Special Causes of Loss policy required in clause (i) above shall include at least $3,000,000 per incidence for Off- Premises Service Interruption, Expediting Expenses, Ammonia Contamination, and Hazardous Materials Clean-Up Expense and may contain a deductible not to exceed $250,000.

  • Either such Boiler and Machinery policy or the Special Causes of Loss policy required in clause (i) above shall include at least $1,000,000 per incidence for Off-Premises Service Interruption, Expediting Expenses, Ammonia Contamination, and Hazardous Materials Clean-Up Expense and may contain a deductible not to exceed $100,000.

  • The All-Risk policy required in (i) above shall include at least $3,000,000 per occurrence for Off-Premises Service Interruption, and/or Expediting Expenses and Decontamination Expense and may contain a deductible not to exceed $100,000, and a waiting period of 24 hours.

  • Either such Boiler and Machinery policy or the All-Risk policy required in (i) above shall include Off-Premises Service Interruption, Expediting Expenses, Ammonia Contamination, and Hazardous Materials Clean-up Expense and may contain a deductible not to exceed $25,000.

  • Such policies shall include at least $5,000,000 per accident for Off-Premises Service Interruption, "System Breakdowns" and Expediting Expenses.

  • Either such Boiler and Machinery policy or the All-Risk policy required in (i) above shall include at least $3,000,000 per incidence for Off- Premises Service Interruption, Expediting Expenses, Ammonia Contamination, and Hazardous Materials Clean-up Expense and may contain a deductible not to exceed $50,000.

  • Either such Boiler and Machinery policy or the Special Causes of Loss policy required in clause (i) above shall include at least $3,000,000 per incidence for Off-Premises Service Interruption, Expediting Expenses, Ammonia Contamination, and Hazardous Materials Clean-Up Expense and may contain a deductible not to exceed $25,000.
