Experimental permit definition

Experimental permit means a construction permit issued for an installation, treatment process, or technique for which extensive experience and records of use have not been accumulated to meet the Safe Drinking Water Act requirements.
Experimental permit means a permit issued by the Board for small quantity of a pest control product imported or produced locally for purposes of research and efficacy trials prior to consideration for registration.
Experimental permit means a permit for the testing of experimental motor vehicle pollution control devices installed in used motor vehicles, or for the testing of experimental or prototype motor vehicles which appear to have very low emission characteristics, in accordance with California Health and Safety Code section 43014.
