Export Fee definition

Export Fee has the meaning given in schedule 1.
Export Fee means the fee with that description prescribed in the Fees and Charges Schedule.

  • At the conclusion of the exemption period, the CAISO will notify the Scheduling Coordinator for the Participating Intermittent Resource that the facility is no longer exempt from the Participating Intermittent Resource Export Fee.

Related to Export Fee

  • User Fee means all charges, costs, fees, tariff and other amounts by whatever name called, collected by the Developer from the users, pursuant to this Agreement, for usage of the Project.

  • Export Law means all constitutions, laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, permits, restrictive measures, trade sanctions, embargos and other legally binding requirements of all federal, country, international, state and local governmental authorities relating to export, re-export or import.

  • Royalty Fee “Royalty Fee” means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.

By downloading or using the Software, You are agreeing to the foregoing and You are representing and warranting that You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. In addition, You are responsible for complying with any local laws in Your jurisdiction which may impact Your right to import, export or use Licensor’s products. Please consult the Bureau of Industry and Security web page xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx before exporting items subject to the EAR. Upon request, Licensor's International Trade Services Department can provide information regarding applicable export restrictions for Licensor products. Licensor assumes no responsibility for Your failure to obtain any necessary export approvals.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 below.

  • Usage Fee means the subscription fees to be paid by the Agency for ongoing access to Services.

  • Export means the initial movement of defense articles from the United States Community to the United Kingdom Community and the Australia community.

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, including without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.
