Exposure Limit definition

Exposure Limit means an amount equal to the Termination Payment applicable to and payable by Buyer, which amount will be estimated by Seller annually and at the same time as Seller submits data to the Commission under section 5.2(d) of the Agreement.

Exposure Limit means a limit representing the maximum aggregate dollar amount of Entries that may be initiated by Company each day.
