EXTENT OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, between Architect/Engineer and Owner and shall constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement and each of its provisions shall be binding upon the parties and may not be waived, modified, amended or altered except by a writing signed by Owner and Architect/Engineer.
EXTENT OF AGREEMENT. 9.3.1 This Agreement represents the entire and integrated Agreement Between the Owner and the Professional and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be amended only by mutual agreement of the Owner and the Professional.
EXTENT OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement, together Exhibits A, B, and C, and the other Contract Documents, constitutes the entire understanding between the City and the Contractor with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement and it supersedes, unless otherwise incorporated by reference herein, all prior representations, negotiations, agreements or understandings whether written or oral. Neither party has relied on any prior representations, of any kind or nature, in entering into this Agreement. No terms or conditions of either party’s invoice, purchase order or other administrative document shall modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement, regardless of the other party’s failure to object to such form. This Agreement shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the parties to this Agreement and their permitted successors and permitted assigns and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer on any other person or entity any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement. This Agreement may only be altered, amended or modified by written amendment signed by the Contractor and the City. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall be deemed to be one and the same agreement.

EXTENT OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the City and the Grantee and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral.
EXTENT OF AGREEMENT. 10.7.1 This Agreement represents the entire and integrated Agreement between the Owner and the Project Consultant and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, written or oral.
10.7.2 This Agreement may not be amended, changed, modified, or otherwise altered in any particular, at any time after the execution hereof, except by resolution of The School Board of Broward County, Florida.
10.7.3 This Agreement is for the benefit of the parties to the Agreement and is not for the benefit of any other parties nor shall it create a contractual relationship with any other party.
10.7.4 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida Venue of any action arising out of this Agreement shall be in Broward County, Florida. The parties are encouraged to participate in mediation of any dispute before engaging in litigation.

Except to the extent expressly provided in this Agreement, this Agreement represents the entire and integrated Agreement between the Owner and the Design Professional and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations and agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement and each and every provision is for the exclusive benefit of the Owner and Design Professional and not for the benefit of any third party.
EXTENT OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the CRA and the Grantee and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral.
EXTENT OF AGREEMENT. 12.5.1 This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the Owner and the Designer and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both the Owner and the Designer.
