The Subject Matter of the Agreement. The Lender shall lend to the Borrower artwork(s) (hereinafter “Work”) in the number of 2 pieces from the list in Annex No. 1, which is an inseparable part of this Agreement, all that for free. The Borrower is obliged to use the Work in accordance with the purpose agreed in this Agreement.
The Subject Matter of the Agreement. 2.1. The Service Provider hereby undertakes to provide Services to the Customer upon the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, and the Customer undertakes to pay the Service Provider in a proper and timely manner and in accordance with this Agreement.
The Subject Matter of the Agreement. 1. The Contractor undertakes, for the remuneration specified in § 2 of the Agreement, to provide the Student with medical care and epidemic support services ("the EpiXpert Services") covering:
a) screening and diagnostic services described in Appendix 1 to the Agreement, (“Testing”)
b) granting a license for a mobile application for monitoring of the epidemic risk, the specification and functionalities of which are described in Appendix 2 to this Agreement ("the Application", "the Application License").
2. Testing will be performed with the use of the “sample pooling” method, and in case of positive result of the “sample pooling” method, by individual testing.
3. Testing will be conducted with the use of antibody tests for SARS-CoV-2 or tests RT-XXX for SARS-CoV-2. The Contractor guarantees that the tests used by the Contractor shall have all the required certificates. The Contractor guarantees test kit sensitivity at 95 % and test specificity at ˃99 %.
4. The Screening and diagnostic services will be performed according to the schedule and deadlines provided in Protocol of Weekly Screening which is described in detail in Appendix 3 to this Agreement. The Contractor may change Protocol of Weekly Screening depending on the epidemiological situation. The Contractor will inform the Guardian of any changes in Testing.
5. The testing will be performed at the Company’s premises, in a separate room designated by the Company, by the Contractor’s medical team. The Contractor guarantees that a nurse will be available on-site at the Company’s premises each day for 2 hours on working days.
6. The Application License is granted for the duration of the Agreement, as paid, non-exclusive license, without the right to extend it (sublicense) for the following exploitation fields:
a. Installation of the Application on the mobile device of the Student or the Guardian
b. Use of the Application’s functions by the Student or the Guardian, according to the regulations of the Application Use.
7. The proper functioning of the Application depends on the reliable and timely entering of data into the Application by the Student or the Guardian.
8. The Contractor keeps medical records in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of 6 November 2008 on the rights of patients and the Patient Ombudsman ("Act").
9. The Guardian and the Student have the rights specified in the Act, in particular the right to access medical documentation.
The Subject Matter of the Agreement. 2.1. The Author gratuitously grants a non-exclusive licence for the use of the Author’s research article titled having the volume of not less than 0,5 “author sheet(s)” (one author sheet = 40 000 characters, including spaces), including illustrations, references and bibliography (hereinafter—the “Work”) under the terms and for the time period set out in the Agreement.
2.2. The Author permits the Licensee to use the Work in the following manner—
2.2.1. to copy (reproduce) the Work in whole or in part by any material means, including in paper form or electronically, as a separate document and/or as a part of proceedings of the XX International Science Seminar X. X. Xxxxxxxx's «The Human and his language» (hereinafter—the “Conference Proceedings”), and/or in the Licensee’s or third parties’ databases, including in the Licensee’s electronic libraries; and
2.2.2. to distribute the Work in whole or in part by any material means, including in paper form or electronically, as a separate document and/or as a part of the Conference Proceedings, and/or in the Licensee’s or third parties’ databases; and
2.2.3. to make the Work available (in whole or in part) to the public by allowing the Work to be accessed by any member of the public from a place and at a time individually chosen by them, including through the internet; and
2.2.4. to carry out technical processing of the Work to make it compatible with software and databases; to perform its publication; to distribute it in a machine-readable format and incorporate it in search systems (databases); and to modify it to the extent which does not amount to adaptation (reworking).
2.3. The Author permits the uses set out in clause 2.2 of the Agreement gratuitously (without any consideration on the part of the Licensee), without any territorial limitations and for the entire period of the Agreement starting from the date of formation hereof.
The Subject Matter of the Agreement. On the basis of this Agreement the Parties hereby agree to determine the final terms and conditions of the lease.

1.1.2. The Shares 1 of the Issuer in the number of three million two hundred and thirteen thousand seven hundred and eighty three (3,213,783) pieces at the moment of execution of the Agreement deposited on the Pledgor’s Collateral Account No. 172889 opened with the BONY;
1.1.3. Preferred registered voting shares of the Issuer (the State Registration Code 2-01-00027-A, with the par value of RUR0.0005) (the “Shares 2”) in the number of six million four hundred and twenty six thousand six hundred (6,426,600) pieces at the moment of execution of the Agreement deposited on the Pledgor’s Collateral Account No. 172889 opened with the BONY;
1.1.4. The American Depositary Receipts of the Issuer issued by Xxx Xxxx xx Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx (XXXX XX00000X0000 / CUSIP 00000X000) with the par value of 1/20 of one Share 1 (the “ADR”) in the number of one hundred and twenty eight million twenty thousand three hundred and twenty five (128,020,325) pieces at the moment of execution of the Agreement deposited on the Pledgor’s Collateral Account No. 172889 opened with the BONY; The closed joint stock company “National Registry Company” (“Natzionalnaya Registratzionnaya Komaniya”) (the “Registrar”) shall keep the Issuer’s Shares’ register.
1.2. The Pledgor confirms its legal title to the Pledge Collateral, as well as that the Pledge Collateral is not alienated, disputed, seized (under the injunction), subject of any existing lien or pledge to the third party, nor serves as the security in respect of any third party’s claims or any other obligations at the date of this Agreement, except for the Pledgor’s obligations under the Indenture with Series A Floating Bonds made between the Pledgor...

The Subject Matter of the Agreement. 1. The Institute undertakes to pay for the materials, reagents, small laboratory equipment, computer equipment, and the services and materials, as laid down in the Rules & regulations of the research grant programme for doctoral students which constitutes Appendix No. 1 hereto (hereinafter: “the Rules & Regulations”), up to the amount defined in §6 of the Agreement, and the Beneficiary undertakes to disburse the same under the rules arising from the Rules & Regulations and the Agreement.
2. A detailed specification of the tasks to be performed by the Beneficiary hereunder constitutes Appendix No. 2 hereto.
3. The remaining principles for the performance of the tasks and deadlines for their completion shall be established by the Parties on an ongoing basis.
