Factoring Facility Documents definition

Factoring Facility Documents means the Factoring Facility Receivables Purchase Agreement, the “Loan Documents” (as defined in the Factoring Facility Receivables Purchase Agreement), the Factoring Facility Guaranty and the Factoring Facility Security Documents.

Factoring Facility Documents means, collectively, (a) that certain Factoring Agreement between Real Alloy Germany and the Factoring Facility Purchaser, including each addendum and schedule thereto, (b) that certain Pledge of Account and Trust Agreement between Real Alloy Germany and the Factoring Facility Purchaser and (c) all documents delivered to the Factoring Facility Purchaser in connection with any of the foregoing, in each case, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
