Failure of the Service definition

Failure of the Service means the continuous total loss of the ability to make or receive Calls or the continuous total loss of a related service due to a fault on BT’s Network;

More Definitions of Failure of the Service

Failure of the Service means the Customer totally loses the ability to use an application caused by the incorrect functioning of the service (including Primary or, Secondary accesses). This includes network problems specific to the Platform where the Customer’s ability to use an application across an access is affected.

Related to Failure of the Service

  • Service or services means the performance of work, or the furnishing of labor, time, or effort, or any combination thereof, not involving or connected to the delivery or ownership of a specified end product or goods or a manufacturing process. Service or services may also include an arrangement in which a vendor compensates the Board for the vendor's right to operate a concession.

  • Termination Assistance Services has the meaning set forth in Section 18.12.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.
