Fair Usage Policy definition

Fair Usage Policy means our policy that applies to any of our Services that provide access to the Internet. Our Fair Usage Policy is available at www.sure.com and may change from time to time but any such changes will be made in accordance with paragraph 34 (Changes to this Agreement).

More Definitions of Fair Usage Policy

Fair Usage Policy means a policy defined by World First imposing limits and/or allowances on the World Account services we provide to you.

Fair Usage Policy means the Arrow Mobile Services Fair Usage Policy as attached (as updated and/or amended from time to time).
Fair Usage Policy means that any e-shot™ contract which has “Unlimited” send limit is subject to a fair usage policy to protect other customers and ensure a fair and sustainable service to all clients.
