Fairness Monitor definition

Fairness Monitor means an independent third party to observe all or part of a Bid Solicitation process and provide related feedback on fairness issues;
Fairness Monitor means an external resource who oversees a procurements’ procedural fairness, transparency and adherence, particularly as it relates to the procurement process and provides feedback to the City.
Fairness Monitor means the person named as the Fairness Monitor in the RFPQ Information Sheet;

Examples of Fairness Monitor in a sentence

  • If the Sponsors hold Commercially Confidential Meetings, the Fairness Monitor may be present during some or all of those meetings.

  • The Sponsors have retained the Fairness Monitor named in the RFP Data Sheet to monitor the RFP Process.

  • In such cases, the City may engage a Fairness Monitor as an independent third party to observe all or part of a procurement process, to provide related feedback on fairness issues to the Director of Procurement Services, and to provide an unbiased and impartial opinion on whether the procurement process was conducted in accordance with this Policy and the principles of openness, fairness, consistency and transparency.

  • The decision to engage a Fairness Monitor is at the discretion of the Director of Procurement Services in consultation with the procuring Director, and will be executed in accordance with this Policy.


More Definitions of Fairness Monitor

Fairness Monitor means a Person engaged in accordance with this Agreement to perform the usual functions of a fairness monitor in a public private partnership procurement process for a comparable public private partnership transaction, to report on any failure to comply with the fairness requirements of the RFQ and RFP, and to produce the further reports specified in Parts III and IV of Section 5 of Article VI.”
Fairness Monitor means the independent person designated by the School District to monitor the procurement process;
